Assumptions:

• All work to be performed during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved.
• POE switches and patch panels will be provided by the Customer and must be in working order. LTT Partners LLC DBA SCVS (“Company”) is a licensed reseller for said products if additional equipment is needed.
• No additional networking hardware will be required.
• No Point-to-Point wireless connections will be necessary.
• All Layer 3 networking will be handled by the Customer.
• Products must be stored by the Customer until installation.
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct products are available at the specified locations at the time of installation.

Exclusions:

The following items are excluded from the scope of work under this Statement of Work:

1. Utility company charges.
2. Utility service entrance conduits or vaults.
3. Trenching, backfill, concrete work, cutting, patching, coring, and roof penetrations.
4. Performance bonding.
5. Provision of temporary power or lighting.
6. Access panels or fire-rated enclosures.
7. Omissions from electrical drawings or specifications.
8. Any drywall, paint, or patch repair.
9. Monitoring services.
10. Provision for saw cutting, building coring, penetrations, X-ray services, and flashing.
11. Any code upgrades to existing equipment or conditions.
12. Responsibility for existing conditions.
13. Any items not listed within the Work Description or Item Description.
14. Performance and payment bonds.

Change Orders:

All customer-driven change order requests must be submitted in writing via email to orders@scvs.com. Any part of a request that falls outside the signed Scope of Work may be estimated or discussed with Company representatives but will not be considered part of the Scope of Work. No changes will be accepted or incorporated into the Scope of Work without a signed change order.
